2017-04-21 13:03:38 UTC

Visiolink has introduced the Publishing Hub as a new administration system for our customers. This means that support of the old backend system will be discontinued on the 2nd of January 2018, and from this date you no longer have access. Contact Customer Care to move to the Publishing Hub right away.

What is the Publishing Hub?

The Visiolink Publishing Hub is an administration interface for our customers. In the Publishing Hub publications are organized to give you the best possible overview of your content. We have designed the Publishing Hub to make it easy to reach your goal, whether it is watching if your publications are live, booking interstitials, sending push messages or rerunning publications. We have especially focused on making it easier to administrate multiple titles, and on making it easier to get the right support at the right time.

Why are you shutting down the old backend system?

The old backend was built over 10 years ago back when Visiolink customers had different needs than they do now. Since then, a lot of new functionality has been added to the interface making it less manageable for our customers, and the desire for a modern, flexible and easy to use administration system has become more and more apparent. As the system is a daily work tool for many of our customers, we want to offer them a frictionless experience to get their job done more efficiently.

Does it cost me anything to use the Publishing Hub?

No. The Publishing Hub is free.
