Lastly add an image to be used for all devices.

Several media

With Dynamic Splash you can add several images for best possible visualization on a range of devices. There is no limit to the amount of images you can add, simply press the "Add more media" button to add more upload opportunities.

The add more media opportunity enables you to add optimal resolution images for various devices. You can pick from landscape/portrait mode and normal/high resolution. Additionally the optimal resolution image is picked by the device so you can add specifically edited images for various screen sizes (e.g. iPhone 4 / iPhone 5, iPad / iPad mini, android phone, android tablet. If only one or two images are added, the device pick the image most optimal.

Once you have uploaded the desired images simply press the "Add" button at the bottom of the screen.

Size Guide

The app/web will as a standard assume that the splash inserted is square and it will center the picture. The following sizes are therefore recommended for best possible display on most possible devices:

While this information is comprehensive, after much trial and error bigger is better.

If you are dealing with clients the most important dimension to focus on is the 1000x1000px version.

This version enables you to deliver the creative more consistently over both Android and IOS devices.

I have found that using the smaller version deliver very inconsistently over both IOS and Android version.

My advise would be focus on 1000x1000 and always go for Resolution = High.

BTW - I love you Visiolink but PLEASE update your "Device" GUI.
