Visiolink provides 24-hour telephone service. Should there be problems with Visiolink’s solutions, hosting or otherwise, our team can be contacted 24 hours a day on the telephone.

Opening Hours: 08.30-16.30

Outside Office Hours Support: 16.30-08.30

When contacting our support team, please state the prefix of the newspaper or magazine in question. Find your prefix in admin.e-pages.dk --> upper right corner: (prefix)



Outside office hours support covers questions related to: 
  • Publication process and file flow
  • Processing by normal standard time
  • Processing by XML-trigger
  • Troubleshooting: general error in validation on epages
  • Troubleshooting: general error in validation on device
Please note:
Emails received outside of office hours will be collected, however no action can be guaranteed until the next working day. When reporting critical incidents during office hours (weekdays 8:30 – 16:30 CET), a Visiolink employee will respond and evaluate severity immediately. When reporting critical incidents outside office hours, Visiolink can only be contacted by telephone.
