Apple will send out messages that you might need to react on. Here's an overview of the most common ones and what you need to do:
"Action Needed: Distribution Certificate Expires in 30 Days
Your Distribution Certificate will no longer be valid in 30 days. To generate a new certificate, sign in and visit Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles<https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/certificates/list>."
The distribution certificates are created and used by us when we build the apps. Our developers will create new certificates when needed, so you don't need to do anything and can ignore this message. The same applies to the message "Your Certificate Has Been Revoked".
"Your Apple Developer Program membership expires in 30 days
Thank you for bringing your creativity and innovation to Apple platforms.
Please note that your Apple Developer Program membership expires in 30 days. Renew your membership to keep your apps on the App Store, submit new apps, utilize advanced app capabilities, and get personal technical support."
This is something you as account owner need to react on, because the app will be removed from the App Store if you are not part of the Developer Program. If you have set up that your payment is renewed automatically, you don't need to do anything.
If you receive the message "Your Apple Developer Program membership has expired", you should check your account as soon as possible and make any necessary payment so your app can become available in the App Store again.
