Under BI reports you can see how your publications and articles are performing.

Your dashboards are accessible from the top level of your organization (the main prefix). If you have more than one main title, there will typically be a dashboard for each main title.

Each dashboard consists of three sub-dashboards:

1) Publication performance

2) Article performance

3) Ranked article performance

1) Publication performance

Here you can see how your publications are performing.

At the top there are three drop-down menus with which you can specify which data to display. In the dropdown menu on the left, you can specify for which platform you want to see data. In the dropdown menu in the middle, you can specify for which publication title(s) you want to see data. In the dropdown menu on the right, you can specify for which time interval you want to see data.

In the dashboard's charts, you can see data on downloads, users, publication openings and page views. Furthermore you can see device and platform distribution.

2) Article performance

Here you can see how your articles are performing.

At the top there are three drop-down menus with which you can specify which data to display. In the dropdown menu on the left, you can specify for which article(s) you want to see data. In the dropdown menu in the middle, you can specify for which publication title(s) you want to see data. In the dropdown menu on the right, you can specify for which time interval you want to see data.

The articles are ranked based on how many readings each article has.

3) Ranked article performance

Here you can see your top performing articles and your low performing articles.

Both top performing articles and low performing articles are ranked based on how many readings each article has.
