Introduction to the Publishing Hub

NB! The Publishing Hub is only supported in Google Chrome. Other browsers might work, but we develop for Chrome compatibility.

 

This guide will provide you with elementary information regarding the starting page of the Publishing Hub. In this brief introduction, you will be able to find information about:

  • Dashboard
  • Search
  • Support

The Publishing Hub offers a user-friendly layout and allows you to quickly navigate through the menus of your choice.

 

Dashboard

Your Dashboard will display a number of buttons which will allow you to quickly navigate between your different options:

  • Publication Overview: Here all publications uploaded to your account organized in folders are displayed
  • Upload: Here you can manually upload publications
  • App settings: Here you can change settings in your apps. Some settings apply to all platforms, others only to specific platforms.
  • Article view: With the article view design tool you can style your own article view.
  • Processing: Here you have the full overview of publications being processed or waiting to be processed
  • Alerts: With this feature you can set up alerts so that your publications are monitored on a daily basis.
  • Interstitials: Here you can book interstitials in your app
  • Splash: Here you can change the intro graphic of your app
  • Push Messages: From here you can send push messages to readers who have accepted receiving messages from the app.
  • In-App Messages: From here you can send messages to readers opening your app.
  • User Management: With this feature you can manage the different levels of access.
  • Validations: With this feature you can deactivate / activate the validation of your publications in the hub.
  • Audit log: Here you can see which actions have been performed in the hub.

 

The number of options available depends on which features are part of your app/web solution.

 

Context Picker: The Context Picker allows for a quick search through all titles. Use it for sorting your content when navigating the Publishing Hub:

Support: Clicking the red support button in the bottom right corner of your screen will allow you to send a mail to our Customer care department:
