Service Incident 6 September 2018

Due to human error a large number of newspapers were erroneously queued for processing in the early evening creating a backlog in the processing system. We did detect the problem shortly after it happened but the cleanup was manual and quite time consuming. The backlog was fully cleared and everything returned to normal 21:20.


We deeply regret any inconvenience caused and will take steps to make sure this does not happen again.
