Here is a guide on how to create a Zendesk user in 3 simple steps:
1) Go to https://support.visiolink.com/hc/en-us
2) Click on "Sign in"
3) Click on "New to Visiolink? Sign up". Use the same email address that you normally use when you contact Visiolink:
As a Zendesk user you will have the full overview of your tickets under "My activities" and you will be able to see the status of your tickets:
