Update of target API level

Dear publishing partner

You might have noticed this warning from Google:

“Update your target API level by August 31, 2023 to ensure that your app is available to new users

We've detected that your app is targeting an old version of Android. To provide users with a safe and secure experience, Google Play requires all apps to meet target API level requirements.

From August 31, 2023, if your target API level is not within 2 years of the latest Android release, your app will not be available to new users running Android versions higher than your app's target API level.

To ensure that your app is available to new users, update your app to target Android 12 (API level 31).”

We are in the process of updating those of our Android app that do not target Android 12 (API level 31). This is part of your agreement and is therefore free of charge.

Due to future requirements, they will be updated to a generic version that targets Android 13 (API level 33). The Android apps that currently are in a project, will be updated in the project. The Android apps that currently are not in a project, will be handled through our support.

We have applied for and been granted more time by Google to get the apps updated.

If you have any questions, you are very welcome to contact our support.

We will keep you updated.
