With this feature you can easily adjust the release schedule for your publications.
| NB! If you change the release time for a publication that also has an alert set up, remember to adjust the alert to the new release time. |

Title overview
Here you have an overview of all the titles that have been set up with Hold & Release:

NB! It is only for titles that have been set up with Hold & Release that the release schedule can be adjusted. If additional titles need to be set up with Hold & Release please contact support. |
Adjusting release time
Selecting a title from the list will open the release schedule for that specific title:
Here you have the option to either set a specific release time for individual days or set the same release time for all days of the week. The latter is done by setting the desired release time for Monday and then selecting "Apply to all":
Remember to take "Early release" into account when setting the release time: If the publication is to be released the day before the publication date, the "Schedule" must be set to "One day before". If the publication is to be released two days before the publication date, the "Schedule" must be set to "Two days before".
For publications to be published on the same day as the publication date, the "Schedule" must be set to "Same day".

NB! Please note that if you plan to set the release time to 2 days before the publication date, this may also require us to adjust the processing settings for that publication. In that case, please contact support. |
When you are done making adjustments, remember to click "Save release schedule":
The requirement for saving the release schedule is that release times have been entered for all days of the week. If these requirements are not met, the "Save release schedule" button will remain deactivated:
Bulk editing release schedules
With bulk editing, it is possible to adjust the release schedule for several titles simultaneously:
Bulk editing can be very convenient, as it is often the case that several regional titles follow the same release schedule, and therefore often need to have the same adjustment made.

In the list, you can select the titles for which the release schedule must be adjusted. The “Select All” button will select all titles:
Clicking the “Select All” button again will deselect all titles.
When you are done making adjustments, the "Update release schedule" button will update the release schedule for all selected titles:
The requirements for bulk updating the release schedule are that at least one title has been selected, and release times have been entered for all days of the week. If these requirements are not met, the "Update release schedule" button will remain deactivated:
